Super Lux apartment with Unique Sea-View

Welcome in "Lux". The light intensity (lux) and comfort is mind-blowing in this apartment. Once you enter this nicely furnished apartment you will enter into heaven discovering the beautiful amazing sea, the harbour activities, Ostend’s beach and city live. All comfort is on place (sheets, towels, hifi B&0 with technics turntable and loads of vynil, tv, bar, ...) to make your stay one to remember. Just a footstep away from the beach, the city center, central station, parking facilities, shops The space Seventies style vintage decorated apartment, with amazing lounge-living and fully equipped bar. 2 Balconies (sea-side / land-side) Plants makes it very warm and all light can be dimmed to create the perfect surrounding for every occasion. Boxsprings and high quality sheets makes everybody sleep deeply into heaven. Parkingfacilities (option) are available in the building. Guest access There is public private parking within the building signed "Centrumparking". Only accessible before 20h00. You can pay by a ticket or can make a 24/24 hours reservation so you will get a parking card (20 euro/day instead of 25 euro normal fee). A 24/24 hours parking card can only reserved by reservation and payment reception at least 72 hours before arrival. (will be delivered with apartment keys) Other things to note Exact number of guets The exact number of guests are essentiel in our service and needs to be correct in your reservation « before » entering the appartment. Our standard reservation for 2 persons consist a double bed with sheets and towels. Other configurations are on demand and these extra service needs to be charged (extra sheets 40 euro). Parking You need to sent us an message (1 days before arrival) if you want us to book for you a parking space in parking "CITI BEE" (Christinastraat 18) which is located and direct accessible from the apartment (20euro/24hours). Use heating system The apartment is situated at the 19th floor with a balcony on both sides with mindblowing views. Using the heating system be careful that the curtains NEVER cover the heated elements. Always inactivate the heating when you leave the apartment for security reasons.
