Stay Unique is committed to our owners that their flats are protected during bookings. For that reason, we require all of our guests to pay a €300 damage deposit fee. However as an alternative, we can offer you the option to waive this payment by purchasing a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver for €25 which will cover your liability for up to €300 of property damage during your stay.
