Quiet house with small garden

House located in a quiet area facing a valley, allowing you to rest. You are a 5-minute walk from Palais des Congrès/des Expositions (Brézillet) and all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, etc.). Place available in front of the house to park. You can reach the city center on foot (20 minutes), by bus (line D) or by car (5 minutes). Breakfast possible on the weekend €3/person, let me know the day before. The space The house is located in front of a valley, the trees are your opposite. This house is a non-smoking area and only accommodates people who are the subject of the reservation (2 people maximum). Guest access You are in the only rented room of the house, the other 2 rooms are private, unoccupied and not accessible. The rest of the house is accessible (kitchen, living room, shower room, ...) During your stay You can contact me anytime for advice or if you have any questions about the place. When you are 2 GUESTS, please let me know the CONFIGURATION OF THE BEDS (double bed or 2 small beds) so that I can organize your room. Other things to note Wifi code will be provided when you arrive.
