There's a great communal heated pool, BBQ & spa area as well as a play area for the kids, making this the perfect family getaway! The space This beautifully decorated, well-appointed cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The spacious living area opens onto a covered deck, perfect for dining alfresco. You’ll find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen to whip up a fabulous dinner, or if you don’t feel like cooking, a great selection of restaurants are just a few minute’s walk away! The dining area comfortably fits 6 people & the lounge offers a smart TV where you can use your own login to watch your favourite shows. A reverse cycle heat pump & aircon will keep you comfortable all year round. There’s a laundry with washer & dryer as well as a powder room with toilet & vanity downstairs for your convenience. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are well positioned & comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, with the master having a queen bed & private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed & the third bedroom has two singles & these share a bathroom with shower over bath. You’ll love the resort style living here, with fantastic, shared recreation facilities to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay. Take a dip in the heated swimming or spa pool, have a BBQ at the poolside & watch your kids enjoying the small playground. Parking for 2 cars is available outside your unit and there is parking available for 2 trailer boats located at the back of the complex (these are available on a first come first served basis). Not only does this holiday home offer you a tranquil place to relax, there is also an array of places to explore and activities to enjoy in the area. Head to the Russell Wharf Visitors Centre to take one of the many tours on offer. Take a dolphin cruise to the Hole in the Rock, take a game fishing charter, or unleash your adventurous side in a high speed jet boat ride. Or enjoy a balmy beach day at Long Beach, just a three-minute drive away from home. Immerse yourself in the history of the town, make your way to Pompallier House built in 1842, visit Christ Church, the oldest church in New Zealand, or visit the Russell Museum to explore the wonderful collection of New Zealand history. Guest access We invite you to enjoy the entire home when you book for the full guest capacity. For smaller groups, the home is still yours to enjoy, with a cozy arrangement suited to your party size. Should you desire access to additional bedrooms, simply let us know at booking— an additional fee ensures every corner of the cottage is yours to explore. Other things to note Prices are based on the first 4 persons using 2 bedrooms, then an additional pricing for extra persons applies. This will be automatically calculated when you add your guest numbers. For your comfort the house is pet free and is a non-smoking property.
