Welcome to the historic centre of Tbilisi. We offer a detached house comfortably situated next to the Metekhi Church and the Presidential Palace, with a courtyard, suitable for a group of friends, families or company delegions! The space The house is located on the left bank of the Kura River ( river Mtkvari Geo ), on a cliff with access to the ancient fortress. Avlabari historic district is the hallmark of Tbilisi. Guest access Guests can use all the facilities located both inside the house and in the yard. During the warmer months you can enjoy a glass of Georgian wine sitting on the balcony or in the courtyard. The house has 4 rooms, 2 of them on the second floor furnished with a highly comfortable king- size beds. One of the rooms has its own balcony; the other has the access to the large shared balcony. Each room on the upper floor has on suite bathroom. Downstairs 2 rooms have a shared bathroom. The house has central heating and a hot water. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a big dining table in the kitchen that can accommodate about… people at a time. Guests can prepare their own meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, so bring the capsule and have a great coffee.
