This superbly decorated apartment is part of a newly built luxurious beachfront complex Golden, situated just 10 m away from the beautiful pebble beach and crystal clear sea with a stunning panoramic view of the coast, mountains and the city of Split. The space Luxurious apartment Golden D2 is located on the first floor of the building "Villa Golden D". The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom, 1 half-bath, contemporary living room with dining area and well equipped open concept kitchen. Sliding glass door leads from the living room to a beautiful covered seaview balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and outdoor electric grill. The apartment is suitable accommodation for 4 persons. Apartment Golden D2 is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-fi, safe, iron and ironing board, washing machine, electric outdoor barbecue, hair dryer, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, electric kettle and coffee maker. Baby cot and high chair, as well as berth for boats, are available on request. Guests are provided with free parking. Pets are not allowed. Guests are provided with welcome drinks on their arrival.
