Welcome to Sunshine on San Michele... clean, spacious, elegant home with a pool on the canal with main river access The space Modern Gold Coast waterfront home centrally located at Broadbeach Waters. Our home is very spacious with high ceilings and a void over the dining area. It is a calming home in the centre of our vibrant Gold Coast with beautiful Moreton Bay figs and swings overhanging the canal. Our home has ducted air conditioning and 5 living spaces which is great for large numbers (4 small families). There is WiFi internet access, Foxtel, Netflix, vintage arcade game (space invaders, pacman, frogger etc), a pool table, 2 x kayaks and 2 bicycles. There is a gourmet kitchen and indoor dining room that seats 8 people. On the ground floor is a self contained dual living young adult retreat/granny flat with seperate entrance that also connects to the main house with a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, an extendable 4-6 person dining table, smart tv and lounge that converts to a double sofa bed. This dual living space can be used as part of the outdoor entertaining area with the bedroom able to be locked/closed off. Upstairs we have our master bedroom/parent's retreat which is ensuited with a king bed, smart tv and lounge that converts to a double sofabed. The third bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, single sofa bed and lounge that converts to a double sofa bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 x king single beds and a single sofa bed. The upstairs lounge has the pool table and vintage arcade game. Two portacots, strollers and high chairs are available if required. Guest access Once your booking is confirmed we will advise the code for the lock box to gain access to keys. The whole house is available for use including pool table, bicycles, kayaks, fishing rods, picnic equipment. The only areas that are not accessible and are locked for privacy are our wardrobes and downstairs office. Please do not attempt access. Please feel free to enquire about boat/jet ski hire. Suitable licences are required. It will be a per day hire fee over the entire period. If you would like an early check in or late check out a fee applies. Early check-in at 1pm is $150. Late checkouts at 12pm are $150, 2pm is $200 and until 6pm is $350. Please let us know if you would like this. Extra guests above 6 people incur an additional fee of $80 per person per night over the whole period regardless of the amount of nights stayed. Other things to note Our home is a strict no event or party residence. No bucks, hens, schoolies or major birthday events. This is our principal place of residence that we share via Airbnb while we are travelling. We will not pack up our belongings and will lock our wardrobes. We will leave space in the draws and provide clothes racks. There will be room in the butler's pantry for your dry food and space in the fridge/freezer in the kitchen for your cold foods. There is a second fridge/freezer in the in the ground floor granny flat kitchenette. Please feel free to use kitchen condiments and cleaning goods however please replenish the goods if they run out.
