"The vacation home with 2 apartments is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The cozy Kitzsteinhorn apartment can accommodate 10 people. Located close to the center, shops and restaurants are within easy reach. The ski bus stop is just 80 m away, giving easy access to the ski areas. A dream place for a relaxing and active vacation in the mountains. I am arranging this house on behalf of the owner, Mr. Watschinger. Small apartment Maiskogel for 2-6 people and large apartment Kitzsteinhorn for 10 people. Common areas: sauna area, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (no washing powder), garden * 2 parking spaces for the Maiskogel apartment * 3 parking spaces for the Kitzsteinhorn apartment. During your stay The local contact person is Kathi. She will always be available to you during your stay. Kathi will send you a mobile message the day before or on the day of arrival with all the details about check-in. Check-in is via key safe. You will receive the code on the day of arrival. The time for the personal meeting will be agreed upon. If you would like a contactless check-in, please let us know. The same applies to mobile accessibility. We will only contact you via the phone number on file in the booking!!! If otherwise desired, please let us know. Other things to note Additional costs: deposit & visitor's tax A flexible deposit policy applies to the apartment. As part of online check-in (onboarding), guests can conveniently choose between two options: 1. Property damage insurance (recommended) – Cost: €3–5 per day – Coverage up to €10,000 – No cash deposit required on arrival or 2. Cash deposit – Amount: €500 – Payment in cash on the day of arrival In addition, the statutory visitor's tax of €2.55 per person per night applies (for all guests 15 years and older).
