Two separated bedrooms, each with own private bathrooms. Conveniently located on lifeguard patrolled and surf beaches, with many resort facilities - pool, fitness centre and many dining options just steps away. No car is needed! The space Relax in the open plan with gorgeous unobstructed ocean and beach views. With your own balcony, sit outside to enjoy the view whilst enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon drink! Whales can be seen regularly throughout July & August as they migrate up and down the coast. The solid dining table easily seats six, while there are comfortable sofas in the living room with television and a selection of reading books. The kitchen has the basics for preparing delicious meals - a full oven, microwave, dishwasher and small refrigerator. Cutlery and crockery, wine glasses are all included together with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. With two grocery stores accessible in the adjoining shopping centre (directly from level 1 internal elevators) supplies are easily attainable without even going outside. Or try any one of the numerous delicious beachside cafes and restaurants all within just steps of our front door. (Boardshorts cafe at the Coolangatta Surf club on the beachside is one of our favourites for smoothies, espresso, açai bowls and delicious brunch menu) while watching the ocean, walkers and cyclists going about their day). Privacy awaits in the primary bedroom with a king size bed with glorious ocean views, your own ensuite bathroom with walk in robe and shower, basin and toilet. Body wash and hand wash are provided in refillable dispensers to minimize single use plastics and waste. The primary bedroom also has a desk and chair for remote working. Provide your friends or children with their own space in the second bedroom with their own bathroom separated from the master suite (opposite sides of the living room). The bedroom has two twin (single) beds. The second bathroom offers a separate shower, a small kid size bath, basin and toilet, as well as an all in one Bosch washer / dryer. Fragrance free body wash and hand wash in refillable pump packs are provided, as is Laundry powder to minimize waste. For year round comfort, there is air conditioning (heating and cooling) in the living area and ceiling fans throughout. There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes and espresso bars within an easy 5 minute walk. Playgrounds, parks, walkways, tennis courts, gym, pool and hot tub are also available for the physically active or young at heart! Coolangatta is the home of the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast world surfing league (WSL) championship event held each year in March/April. It is the southern end of the Australia's Gold Coast - with easy access to various theme parks (Wet'n'Wild, Dreamworld, SeaWorld, etc). If you enjoy leisurely bike riding or beach walks, there are over 25 kilometres of trail to run, ride, walk or skate along the oceanfront. Minimum stay of 5-7 nights, and exceptions may apply for shorter stays where available between existing bookings. Please enquire directly to see how we can accommodate you. Plenty of local Uber, taxis and rental cars available if needed. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! NO SCHOOLIES! This property is best for couples and families. The Building Manager is onsite in the building and any parties or excessive noise will be cause for eviction without refund. Guest access This is a fully inclusive resort location with the swimming pool and kids pool (both heated in winter) and hot tub, tennis courts, fitness centre, golf nets, games room with ping pong, and a wonderful communal bbq area overlooking the ocean. Plus.. directly across the street is the world renowned Coolangatta beach / Snappers rocks surfbreak, children's playgrounds, picnic lawn area, and so much more! Other things to note Linen including bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen tea towels and beach towels are provided. There is an option to bring your own linen, so please advise if you prefer to do this. Professional Cleaning services are also arranged on your departure to ensure a quality service between guests. Additional cleaning during your stay may be requested for an additional fee and is subject to availability. Should you find anything not up to standard, kindly advise our local property manager and they will arrange for the cleaner to return.
