Rental unit in Venice

Appartamento Baglioni is located on the 1st floor of a 17th century 'palazzo' in the middle of Rialto near some of Venice's best shops, bars, restaurants, markets and cafes. It comprises 1 master bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 powder room, a large open-space kitchen, living and dining area and a well-stocked laundry. It has air-conditioning and underfloor heating. Apt Baglioni has retained its baroque essence, with our own contemporary touches, whilst still offering you every modern convenience. Other things to note Please keep your travel document on hand on arrival, as either I, or my wife Maria, will need to take a photo of it for immigration purposes. On arrival you are also required to pay the governmental CITY TAX in cash: free of charge for children aged 0-10 €2 per child per night (aged 10 to 16) €4 per adult per night (above the age of 16) The apartment is equipped with a double bed. Two single beds can be arranged, but this request must be made at least two weeks before the start of the stay. Otherwise, for organizational reasons, it will not be possible to accommodate the request. Please let us know in advance if you intend to arrive after 8pm.
