Parking for 2 cars on the territory of the villa. The space This modern 4 bedroom villa consists of 2 floors. There are one bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Three more bedrooms are upstairs, one of them (a master bedroom) has a private bathroom. And there is one more bathroom for 2 other bedrooms. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a big fridge with the freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave there. You can prepare your favorite dishes there. The outside area is very spacious. There is a private pool with the sun beds around it. There you can enjoy the beautiful sun shining, have drink or have fun in the pool. Everything is close: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, beach and the center of Albufeira are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Faro airport is 27km from the house. Also we can arrange a transfer for you (for additional cost). The nearest supermarket ALDI is just on the other side of the main street. Other things to note You can be asked to pay a damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded after your departure. Our villa has got its rules: - the house should be left in the same condition as it was when you entered. - garbage should be thrown away. Big containers for the garbage are in front of Villa 10. - dirty dishes must be put in the dishwasher. Do not put dirty dishes in the cupboards please! -on the day of your departure please leave the key in the key box, turn all electrical appliances off, including air conditioning. Close the windows and the front door, don't forget to close the gate. - the key from the house put in the same key lock.
