Melina's Studio Room - Gialos beach

Gialos beach studio room is located at the heart of Vassiliki village! It is the only private room of the house that has a fully equipped kitchenette attached, along with a small private bathroom with no shower cabin. The room has a big front window and a balcony door, as well as long beautiful balcony with magical and full front sea view. Pls note that from January 2025 there is an additional government tax fee of €8 per night of stay, which is charged separately and paid in cash upon arrival. The space Vassiliki village is 40 km south from the city of Lefkas and 60km from the airport of Aktion/Preveza. The house is located in the center of Vassiliki Village, in Lefkas Island. Melina's studio room named after the unique Gialos beach, is the biggest of all 4 rooms in the house, and the only one with kitchenette attached. The studio room has its private bathroom, balcony and all adequate facilities, such as AC, water boiler, filter coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and refrigerator in the kitchenette. It has beautiful and full front view to the sea. The house is ideal for young couples. It has a double bed- no singles. The decoration is unique, all crafted in hand. Additionally, it combines a great location with a most clean, fresh and cozy atmosphere! We consider our guests as part of our family, and always provide them with the best tips around the island and the most unique recommendations for swimming, eating and chilling-out! Guest access The guests of each room have access to their private balcony as well as the patio garden of the ground floor under the freshness of the vine tree. To reach the house, one has to walk around 70 meters up the hill from the villages most central point, whereas the parking area is at around 150-200m distance from the house door. When arriving or before departing, our guests can use a small area underneath the house to temporally park their car in order to load/unload their luggage. Registration Details 00002480889
