This warm and comfortable one bedroom flat is located on a quiet road mins away from pubs, restaurants and supermarkets on Kilburn High Road. Ideal for two people it is 5 mins away from major Underground Station and mins away from Queens Park. Enjoy a comfortable stay The space The flat is an extended loft at the top floor of a Victorian newly renovated house. It is newly refurbished and fully equipped. It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and orthopaedic mattress. There are two bed-side chest of drawers, a beauty desk, a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. There is also a static bicycle, free weights and yoga mat and towel that can be used for training. The living room is spacious and has a very big double sofa bed with storage a dinning table and working desk. The flat is ideal for a couple or for any two people. It could accommodate a third person but may feel crowded. There is Gas Heating, a new boiler (fitted in 2017) and fully equipped kitchen with slow cooker, air-fryer, under-counter fridge (small fridge), toaster, kettle, air-fryer, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer. There is NO TV in the flat as I don't watch TV. Please also note that *No pets are allowed including service animals as i am extremely allergic to cats and dogs. I develop severe respiratory reaction to their hair. The flat is not suitable for young children . There is a steep staircase with no protective barrier. Guest access There is free wireless internet. Visitor parking permits can be arranged for guests who have cars. Other things to note Please note that there is no TV. Chrome-cast option is available via internet. There are cooling fans but no air condition unit. No pets allowed including service animals as i am extremely allergic to cats and dogs. The flat is not suitable for young children .
