Villa M & S is a charming three-bedroom villa that offers a serene escape for up to six guests seeking a private haven to experience the authentic lifestyle of Cyprus. The space The open plan bright and modern living/dining room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa gathered around the contemporary coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK as well as international channel options. The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home. The 3 air-conditioned rooms are on the second floor and can accommodate 6 adults with ease, boasting large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed and access to veranda with nice views of the Mediterranean Sea. The second bedroom is furnished with queen’s size bed as well. And the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a separate bathroom on the second floor. The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with good quality furniture with comfortable sun beds. Private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) has built in steps and variable depths. If you prefer a little shade, that’s provided too by a covered terrace which is footsteps away from the swimming pool where you will be welcomed with a six piece comfortable dining set. A full size BBQ with a bar will also help you to make the most of the warm evenings. If travelling with infants, a cot and highchair are provided free of charge. Air-conditioning is throughout the whole house. Bath and beach towels are provided. Central heating is available for an additional charge. However, heating from the air conditioning units and underfloor heating in the bathrooms are included. Very tranquil, Villa is built at a dead-end street, no traffic, very peaceful and relaxing. A private gated driveway leads to a shady car port with space for 2 cars. The property is only 6 - 7 mins walking distance to famous blue flag Coral Bay beach and within 15 minutes walk of the restaurant, shops and bars of Main Street of Coral Bay. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal. Therefore a car is not necessary. The villa is also just a 7 minute walk from the 5 star Coral Beach Hotel where day passes can be purchased for access to the indoor heated pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and spa at a reasonable rates. Other things to note DISCLAIMER Prices include 200 kW per week which is enough with normal using of a/c. In case of exceeding the limit electricity will be calculated at the rate of 0.2 Euro per kw/h always according to the meter reading. All other communal charges and mid stay cleanings for bookings of 12 days and more are included. Central heating is available for an extra charge.
