Cozy and bright, arranged on two levels: on the ground floor, a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen; on the second floor, a double bedroom, a small bedroom (there is the possibility of adding 2 additional beds), a bathroom and a spacious terrace. The balcony offers a wonderful view of Via Caturca, the restaurant street! The space Being within walking distance of the center and having everything you need nearby. The strong point is definitely the tranquility of the area and having everything you need around you, since the property is located on a side street of the main street. Guest access Access to the entire space and the large terrace. During your stay The owner is not present in the accommodation; however, we are always ready to ensure a quiet and relaxing overnight stay and to always meet the requests of our guests with the utmost courtesy and discretion. Other things to note The cost for the entire property is 60 euros for two people per night in low season and 70 euros per night for two people in high season; breakfast is also included if you opt for the "Caturca 16" formula. The house has two double bedrooms and a small bedroom, and there is also the possibility of adding 2 more beds. Children up to 4 years old do not pay, and from 5 years old they will pay a reduced price.
