Charming house, 65 km from Lyon, Haut Beaujolais.

Family home on the edge of the Beaujolais region, in Poule-les-Écharmeaux, surrounded by countryside at 700 m altitude, in a peaceful setting. 30 minutes from the Belleville-en-Beaujolais motorway exit, 35 minutes from Lac des Sapins and 1 hour from Lyon. Restaurants and wine cellars nearby. Numerous hiking trails from the house, including Mont Saint-Rigaud, Roche d’Ajoux and Mont Tourvéon. The ideal place for lovers of hiking and outdoor activities. The space Our gîte is located in a former farmhouse. For a couple sharing one bedroom, a discount may be offered on request. However, if several bedrooms are used, the standard rate applies. On the ground floor, you will find a 25 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen corner including an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and raclette set. The gîte does not have a television. There is also a sitting area with a settee (not intended to be used for sleeping on). There is also a bathroom with a bath/shower, washbasin and washing machine. A tumble dryer is also available on request. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. Bed linen is provided. On the second floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen is also provided. Outside, you have access to a terrace area with a garden table, 4 sun loungers and a small charcoal barbecue. Guest access When renting our gîte, you have exclusive use of the entire accommodation described above. For a couple sharing one bedroom, a discount may be available on request. However, if more than one bedroom is used, the standard rate applies. Access to our vegetable patch must remain possible, particularly during spring and summer when we water every evening. Other things to note The gîte does not have Wi-Fi/internet access or a television. However, 4G reception is very good. The gîte does not have air conditioning. Sound insulation between the two bedrooms is not optimal, and some noise may be heard from one bedroom to the other. The gîte is spread over three floors with stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
