Work-Friendly The flat includes reliable fast Wi‑Fi and a dedicated desk area, offering a quiet environment ideal for video calls, focused work, or longer stays. Please note that no smoking is permitted on our property. Guest access Access is through your own side gate and front door and the entire space is private and separate to the house. You are welcome to use the pool which you will share with our family. Other things to note Towels and bed linen are included and we DON'T charge a cleaning fee! There is tea, coffee and the pantry basics for you to enjoy. We are 20 mins from Perth International/Domestic Airports, and 20 mins from the City of Perth.
