Your Very Own Barn in the country

Dogs are allowed on request (an extra £25.00)prior to arrival. Large open plan vaulted living area with wood burner and oak floor. Galleried sleeping area with DOUBLE bed ( narrow entrance on either side of the bed.) Wet room (shower no bath) Fully equipped kitchen washing machine and dishwasher. Private outside patio area with large gas barbecue. Very spacious downstairs could sleep a family of 6 or even 8 on put-up beds!!! Please note we do live next door but are not worried by noise!! The space Amazing open plan spacious barn conversion all to yourself in the middle of the countryside..Please note it is totally open plan except for the wet room and kitchen! We do have Wifi (cannot 100% guarantee this due to rural location) and mobile connection is hit and miss so might have to walk half way up our drive for signal! The barn has only 1 DOUBLE bed (with tight access from both sides !!)and 1 double sofa bed downstairs but we have several foldaway beds so could sleep 6/8 !! Please note we do charge extra for wood for the log burner after the initial basket. The barn is next door to our house (see photos) so although we face the opposite direction we do share the same driveway so you will see us wandering about checking on any livestock etc... Guest access Guests are welcome to all 9 acres of land but must be in control of their dogs at all time due to livestock. Other things to note The roads are very narrow leading to the barn! We have Wifi but mobile signal is hit and miss so might have to walk half way up the drive! Please DO NOT follow sat nav but follow the directions I have given or else you will get lost! Google maps brings you straight to our front door.! If you feel you have to follow sat nav it normally takes you to a neighbouring farm called Castle View. At the T juction with Castle View infront of you turn left then keep going for aprox 1 mile and we are down a steep drive on your right Llanwilcae farm.(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map brings you to our front door! If there are more than 2 people staying please note the barn is open plan and there is only a double sofa bed (very comfortable!)downstairs or I can provide foldaway beds!
