5 suite absolute luxury in Bali's hottest village

Architect designed and beautifully located in the unique and very 'on trend' village of Seseh / Pererenan ( just 200m to Seseh's stunning beach), the 5 bedroom allows guest use of our main villa as well as the guest cottage ( two bedroom with its own pool). Currently we are offering this for half the usual price, as there is some construction noise in the area , although noise levels are reduced . Four giant sacred trees and a creek running through the property completes this magical setting. If there is noise it will be between about 9am and 5 pm Monday to Saturday, generally our guests have not found it overly intrusive. Our fabulous 5 bedroom villa has been laid out as a series of interconnecting pavilions, consisting of the main 3 bedroom villa and a luxury 2 bedroom guest house with an interconnecting gate and easy private access between the two. Each with its own swimming pool, sitting beautifully in a series of tropical courtyard gardens - the living and dining pavilions are both equipped with a full kitchen. The villas are completely pri and intimate - with many water features, courtyard bathrooms, full bar , elevated bale's ( shaded resting pavilions) , thatched roofs, comfortable casual furniture and those amazing sunset views. We have also created a very special menu allowing all guests access to my own private chef and her incredible gourmet skills in our central kitchen. Agung has been cooking stunning Indonesian and Western food for me for over 15 years - one of Bali's best cooks! Menu includes full breakfast including Indonesian, American and Continental options for around $4 - $ 8 including coffee, toast and fruit. Nasi Campur, Gado Gado, Beef Rendang, plus delicious Paninis, sandwiches and salads for lunch and snacks, and the dinner menu includes vegetarian options, fresh seafood, soups, deserts and a full bar service. Most items are between $3 and $10 and everything cooked fresh to order. Please read our reviews and comments from guests about our food! There are also colourful local 'warungs' , great restaurants and beach bars in the village to enjoy real local flavour. My driver can meet you at the airport with our comfortable air conditioned van, a cold towel and a cool drink, if you would like for a small additional fee ( $40 per trip). Please note the pool pavilion bedroom is somewhat smaller than the other bedrooms and the ensuite has no tub. However its unique position between the pool and the creek and the ricefields make it a crowd favourite! Guest access Our team including the manager, chef, driver, security, gardeners and housekeepers will pamper you in every way possible - or leave you in total privacy if that is what you prefer. This is for those seeking the Bali that was. Total peace, utter tranquility and a breath of fresh air. Our team at the villa will make sure you are completely rested and every need is met. And our delicious food will blow you away! There is also a full in villa spa service , for massage , facials, body scrubs etc - all within the comfortable luxury of your villa. Other things to note We are located near the beach in a breathtakingly tranquil village where Balinese life gently plays out as its done for centuries. Colourful fishing boats return to our village beach ( 200m away) every morning. The famous and fabulous Pererenan Village is a 20 minute walk along the beach and Canggu just after that. Seminyak is a taxi ride away for more shopping and nightlife. Ubud, Uluwatu, and the best of Bali is all accessible from our home - it is a simple matter to arrange a tour for any area you wish to see . Please note we are in a pristine natural environment, and it is likely you will encounter critters such as small lizards, frogs, an abundance of birdlife, butterflies etc , during your stay. We love this aspect of our Bali home, but recognise that some folk may not be as enthusiastic as us about the local fauna . There is free high speed wifi available to the property. Finally, traffic in Bali can be fickle –temple ceremonies, kite festivals, marriages and funerals use the same roads as you and I and can cause quite sudden and occasionally prolonged hold ups ( although the vision from the car window of these rituals can be amazing!).
