Bright 40 m² studio apartment in Cielo Alto (Cond. Escargot) for 4 guests. It has Wi-Fi and a balcony that gets the sun all day, and is warm in every season. It offers a double sofa bed (Poltronesofà 18 cm), a foldaway bunk bed and a bathroom with shower Kitchenette: compact but equipped with everything you need (plates, pots, cutlery and utensils), perfect for preparing breakfast or a hot dinner after skiing. (We remind you that coffee and sugar are already included as a welcome gift!). The space Welcome to our cosy and bright 40 m² studio apartment, perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 4 people and equipped with every comfort to make you feel at home. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, ideal for staying connected at all times. The sleeping area is designed for maximum rest, with a very comfortable double sofa bed (Poltronesofà with a 18 cm thick mattress) and a practical foldaway bunk bed. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a comfortable shower. One of the highlights of the house is the balcony: thanks to its exposure, it gets the sun from morning to evening, making the apartment very warm and pleasant in both summer and winter (there is independent heating, however). The Escargot Condominium and its services: The accommodation is located in the well-equipped Escargot residential complex, situated in the quiet and scenic area of Cielo Alto. Guests have access to: Supervised and heated ski storage on the ground floor (with personal key). Free outdoor parking for your car. 2 lifts and concierge service. Children's playroom on the ground floor and a communal clubhouse for the use of all residents on the first floor. Laundry service and dryer on the first floor (at a cost of €3.50). GPS coordinates: 45° 55' 48” N, 7° 38' 15” To get around the village without walking: just 100 metres away is the shuttle bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes, costs €1 per person and will take you to the centre of Cervinia in just 5 minutes. Guest access Check-in is extremely convenient and flexible. Upon your arrival, you can be welcomed directly by the caretaker of the apartment building. Alternatively, if you prefer to do it independently or if you arrive late in the evening, self check-in is available. At the time of booking, we will provide you with: A code to open the building's main door (using a keypad at the entrance). A code for the lockbox located outside the door of the apartment, inside which you will find the house keys. Other things to note Access to the slopes (Slope 34) For ski lovers, the location of our studio apartment in Cielo Alto is ideal! Just 200 metres from the apartment building, going down towards the car park, you only have to go a short distance off-piste for about 20 metres to get directly onto Slope 34, which will take you comfortably to the Cervinia Gondola. The return is also very convenient: you can almost get home with your skis on by taking a short off-piste route, connecting directly from the Ventina (no. 7) and Cielo Alto (nos. 13 and 34) slopes. Cleaning and Linen: Cleaning and linen: The final cleaning fee is included in the price, as are blankets and pillows. Bed linen and towels, on the other hand, are not included: you can bring your own or, if you wish, they are available on request at a cost of €20 per person (to be paid in advance directly to me one week before arrival (by bank transfer or card payment)). Tourist tax: €2 per day per person (applicable from 15 years of age, for the first 7 days of the stay). Due to the regulations of the Aosta Valley Region, the booking portal is not authorised to collect this tax online at the time of booking. Therefore, payment must be made directly to me one week before arrival (by bank transfer or card payment), together with any charge for linen. Welcome pack: On arrival, you will find coffee, sugar and sachets of shower gel for your first night. As for the water, the tap water is very good. In the kitchen Support and Assistance: As I live in Rome, I will not be physically present on site, but you can contact me at any time by message for anything you need! In addition, the building caretaker is at your complete disposal to provide you with support and direct assistance on site. If you encounter any problems on arrival (cleaning, maintenance), please let us know immediately so that we can resolve them promptly. Check-out rules: Important: Before leaving, we kindly ask you not to leave any rubbish in the flat and to wash the dishes. Otherwise, you may be charged an extra fee.
