Villa BALI JOGLO is build on a 800 square meters field and has a living area of 300 square meters. This luxury villa has been made with passion. It is located in the cozy neighborhood of Umalas, 10 minutes away from beaches, spots surfs of Canggu and Legian and trendy district of Seminyak with its numerous restaurants, bars and clubs. It is possible to have lunch or dinner walking in the restaurant nearby. The villa has been renovated during August 2022 with new furnitures, painting, sofas... The space The Joglo It is the central part of the villa, it brings out much energy into the villa, and you will not see many in Indonesia. It is a real piece of art, a unique piece. It is the neighbor of Villa Balimasan (3 bedroom villa free all the year). Description of the villa: The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms with quiet air conditioning. The spacious living-room of 120 square meters has a large bay window that offers a view on the entry, the garden, the pool and the outside bungalow. The rooms All the rooms have their own bathroom. Two rooms are located at the back of the central building and have a size of 30 square meters. A little wooden terrace is making the connexion between the joglo and the two rooms. In case of rain, there is only 1 meter to cross and the roofs have gutters. The floor and the dressing of the first room, the “master bedroom” has been made with the same teck wood used for the joglo. It is equipped with a safety box, a storage unit and a TV embedded in the wall The bathroom’s floor is made of marble. It has a bathtub, two washstands, a large shower and separated toilets. The neighbor room has a dressing and a sofa which can be used as an extra bed. It is equipped of a desk and many storage spaces. Its bathroom has a teck console with two washstands, a large shower and separated toilets. The 25 square meters room of the outside bungalow with its iron-wood roof is decorated with an antique board. The bathroom has its own inside flowered garden. There is a closet and a safety box. The living room and the dining room The living room is made of two parts: The first one has two leather armchairs, a 4 seats teck sofa and a coffee table. The eating table is made of teck and has 8 chairs. The second part has a 5 seats sofa and 2 coffee tables. It is equipped with a Bang & Olufsen stereo system. In this living area, there is an American kitchen with a bar and 6 stools. The kitchen The American kitchen is made of a central part with gas stove, many storage spaces, a fridge with automatic ice machine, a micro wave oven, a wine cellar and all the utensils to cook fancy meals. You can add a plancha (tepanyaki) and a shabu shabu if you want to cook Japanese or Korean food. The garden and the pool The hibiscus, the bougainvilliers and also the traveler tree inspire serenity. The pool terrace is made of luxury garden furniture in aluminium. The pool of 12 x 4m made of natural stones. It is a relaxing space perfect for adults and young children. There is also a fish bowl with a wall fountain, where fish come to play and feed in your hand. The Staff The cleaning lady is in charge of the domestic chores. She can also cook the breakfast or Indonesian food on request. She works from 9am until 14pm except on Sunday. A part-time staff is in charge of garden and pool maintenance. Guest access The guests have all access to the entire villa. - Private swimming-pool (12 x 4m) - WIFI connexion (unlimited) - Air-conditioning, storage spaces and safety boxes Please don't smoke in the bedroom Other things to note *Please don't smoking in the bedrooms *Keep in mind to lock the doors when you are away, including the slide door in the living room. *Keep in mind to lock the gate when you are away and before sleeping. *Don't let people in into the house, when there is someone said that he/she is from the local authority for the trash problem or anything. Please let us know, in case there is an issue like this. *Keep in mind to turn off the air-conditioning when you don't use it. *Party in the villa, please ask before booking! *Pets are not allowed in the villa *Please respect quite hours from 22.00 pm until 07.00 am *Security from 9pm to 5am. CCTV outside. *Please kindly inform the staff upon arrival or one day before if you need fully privacy in the villa, so, they don't need to come to the villa.
