TV in both bedrooms and a Bluetooth speaker for your listening pleasure. Enjoy the big open and closed planned dining and living areas with high ceilings, brand new air conditioning and wall fans to keep you cool ❄️ Custom made designer feature wooden doors and unique designer furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The living space can be totally closed off to the pool and outdoor areas, which is perfect for families with children and babies. A private pool with both deep and large shallow areas, which is perfect for kids, sun lounge chairs to soak up the sun or a big Gazebo right by the pool if you wish to relax in the shade and drink cocktails. Outdoor pool, shower and a large outside garden area, which is great for kids to play. Private two-car parking area and undercover parking for multiple scooters directly in front of the villa. The villa is centrally located in Canggu and is only a few minutes walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars, La Brissa, Old Man’s, Mexicola, Finn’s Beach club, The Lawn to watch sunset and many more great spots! Beautiful Clothing boutiques, Gyms, yoga, Pilates studios and spas in Canggu. You are also only a few minutes' walk away from supermarkets, warungs for cheap eats and bakeries and the best surf beaches to learn surfing in Bali. The beach is a 2-minute drive from the villa or a ten-minute walk. The Kitchen is fully equipped if you should like to cook, and we supply complimentary natural spring water for drinking. Kitchen amenities include, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, beer & wine glasses, coffee mugs, tea, and coffee sugar Cleaning service: Our villa staff named, Ayu, comes to clean 6 days per week around 10 am to make beds, empty out bins, clean bathrooms, kitchen and living space. No cleaning on Sundays and on religious Balinese ceremony days. We will inform you In case our staff can’t come due to religious ceremonies. Our Gardener and pool maintenance Mr Wayan, comes two times per week to clean the pool and gardens. Our staff will ring the doorbell to let you know they have arrived before entering for cleaning. Guest access Our Villa is private; you will not share it with anyone else. The main access is through the front door on the street. This villa is only for four people, although on request you can hire an extra bed for an extra cost. Other things to note Bali is home to a diverse array of wildlife and insects, which are abundant throughout the island. This is part of living in a tropical climate environment.
