Totally renovated by architects (June 2016), it is close to Parco del Valentino, the Metro, the Center, the San Salvario clubs, the Hospitals, and the Lingotto. Selected for OpenHouse 2018 and published in several architectural magazines. It has a splendid view towards the hill. Semi-habitable kitchen, large living room (over 45 sqm), bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. My house is suitable for couples, singles, and business travelers.
