Enjoy a unique experience on this beautiful houseboat! Beautiful views, 5' bike ride to the historic centre of Alkmaar, 35' to Amsterdam by train/car. Fully equipped, accommodates 4 adults, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower and bath, kitchen, living room and terrace. Central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, free parking at the door, 2 city bikes available. . The dog fee is €25 to be paid at arrival. More than one dog on request only. Electric boat available for your use during your stay. The space The boat has a nice lay-out with a kitchen next to the the dining table and a connecting living room. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a sink and a bath. Downstairs in the hall is a toilet and the second bedroom with 2 separate beds. This room has a sink, a shower, washing machine and a dryer. You have the terrace to enjoy the sun and we recommend a coffee on the balcony during the sunrise!
