Enjoy the essence of a typical Andalusian stately home in this independent apartment located on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a spacious living-dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Although it does not have a kitchen, the apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates and glasses so you can enjoy your meals on the cozy independent interior terrace. In addition, the area has a huge selection of quality and reasonably priced gastronomic options. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of an old manor house that consists of two more apartments on the first floor. One of them is inhabited by the owner of the house. The bedroom has a double bed (1.35x1.90) with a brand new mattress and base (Flex Habana pocket 22 and tapiflex base). In the living-dining room there is a double sofa bed (1.50x2). We also have a baby cot and high chair available upon request. Guest access It is possible to request the use of the following items: - Iron - Crib - Baby bathtub - Washing machine for stays of more than 4 days. Other things to note The location is excellent, right in the historic center of Jerez. You can use the “Telpark” application to reserve your parking space with a minimum of 2 hours before your arrival and park for €5 per day at the Alameda Vieja Empark car park, which is located 130 meters from the accommodation. You can also park in the parking lot of Plaza del Arenal, which is at the same distance, using the “APK2” application (check prices in the app).
