147 m2 apt, on the 4th floor, with huge bright bedroom at the top floor in the old attic w. 4,5 m to the ceiling. 2 furnished balconies, one with great view. 1 block to trendy Meat Pack District. 100 m to bus and S-train st. Central St one stop away with bus/train. The space The apartment has: - A bright living and dining room. 2 sofas a Dinning table w 6 chairs. A TV and a sound system where you can hear radio or plug in your smartphone. Next to the dinning area there are doors to the office and the glass/steel staircase to the bedroom located on the 5. floor The Office has a large desk. The huge bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), a sofa and a lounge chair. To the street side there is a french balcony at a large spectacular window. The bedroom is located at the old attic in best New Yorker style. 4,5 m to the top ceilin The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffemaker, toaster, dish washer, stove and owen. There are also the most regulare spices for cooking. The toilet w. shower has a laundry mashine and dry tumbler There is a fast wireless and lan internet connection, Bed linens, blankets and towels etc. are available and at your disposal. Note for Smokers: Smoking is enjoyed at the balconies. Guest access From the living room you can access a 6 m large balcony with 2 chairs and a table. As the apt is located on 4 floor the balcony has sun from 12h to 19h. From the bedroom There´s access to another balcony to the back side, with 2 chairs and a table. Perfect for the morning coffee as the balcony has sun from early morning to noon. To get here from the airport is very easy. Take the train form there to Copenhagen Centra Station from here you can walk 10 min, take BUS 1A just 1 stop to dybbølsbo station or take the S-Train 1 stop also to Dybbølsbro Station. the bus stopsat the corner for our building. So when you are lucky you can get here in less than half an hour from the airport. Other things to note I dont have Cabel TV BUT we have AppleTV. I have Netflix, HBO and Danish TV. If you have your own App for your favortit channel you can view it via the Apple Tv on our smartTv. At time of departure: make sure the apartment is tidy, the dishes are done, the garbage is bagged and the oven, hob and fridge/freezer are clean. All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee. Guests must immediately inform the host of all defects in the apartment and damages that occur in the apartment.
