Old stone house in the heart of the menhirs

In an unusual country setting, in the heart of the alignments of menhirs, our small house is ideal for hosting a couple or a couple with a child. The house, completely renovated a few years ago, is my grandmother's. It has the charm of old houses that have a story. It has a small garden out of sight where you can store your bikes. You will have a privileged view of the megalithic site being classified by UNESCO. The space La Petite Métairie is a small family hamlet with a dog, cats, chickens and chicks occasionally. The human dimension is important to us, we are part of the spirit of RBNB in its early days. The beach is 3.5 km from us, the village of Carnac with its shops and market is 2 km away. You can get there by car, bike, walking or bus (July–August). We are happy to live in this unusual place and share it. However, during busy periods, we now report the passage of many walkers on the pedestrian path passing in front of the house and along the small garden on the side. The rental is for a minimum of 3 or 4 nights outside of school holidays. During school holidays and the summer period, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. a duration of 7 days or 14 days. This is indicated in the section: private notes. On the day of your departure, please remember to: * Strip the beds and put the sheets, pillowcases and towels used in the bathroom * Empty the fridge and dishwasher * Sweep * Clean the barbecue * Free the house by 10:00 a.m. * Empty all garbage cans. You can place the garbage bags in the gray container. Recyclable waste is to be placed directly in the yellow container. The containers are in the yard. Pickup is on Saturday morning. We provide a bin for compostable waste A glass container is located next to the Kermario campsite. We take care of the rest: washing and ironing sheets and linens, cleaning windows, washing the floor, maintaining the garden and checking that everything is in order for the next tenants. This is what the cleaning fee is for. Guest access The rental includes a small garden in front of the house and a gable garden with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs. The ground floor consists of a single room with an equipped kitchen, a sitting area with bench and a toilet. The refrigerator does not include a freezer. There's no freezer. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a room that can be used as a bedroom (1 bed 1 person) or TV lounge, and a bathroom. You have internet access A crib and high chair are available upon request. Other things to note Carnac is close to several cities: Auray, Vannes and Lorient. These cities offer festivals during the summer (Jazz, Interceltic Festival, historical festivals). Many other events are also offered in the area. Qi gong courses and a storytelling festival are offered on site during the summer period.
