Peaceful beach house in Waikanae Beach

Located within a couple of minutes walk from beach, has 3 restaurant/bars all with indoor and outdoor seating, a 4 square, dairy and fish & chip shop, organic chocolate shop are also within 0.5km from the house. two major supermarkets are 4 km away. There are lovely walks up the river and around the lakes. train station is approx 4km giving access to wellington city. DVD player is no longer available Envirowaste is the bin for general rubbish, tub for glass yellow lid bin for recycling The space The house has a large conservatory with seating, in the kitchen dining area there is a log burner (wood no longer supplied due logistics) and a large square table with 8 chairs, there is a bookshelf with a large selection of books to enjoy during your stay. There is a separate lounge with heatpump/airconditioner, TV, r and freeview and a small stereo system. Guest access Full house and grounds are available Other things to note there is a large recycling bin with a yellow lid (please only put recycling in this no glass or general waste), there is a smaller wheeliebin for household rubbish (envirowaste) which is to be left at gate at end of stay. or sunday evening if your stay includes this. small green bin/tub for glass recycling
