Experience Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club located in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines. My place is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness. It is a place for peace and relaxation. If you're a couple, solo adventurer, or family, this place is perfect for you. The space Ideally situated on a corner area overlooking the beautiful lagoon on one side and the lush green mountain on the other side. The room is air-conditioned and guests are allowed to cook in the unit. There are utensils, cookwares, rice cooker, frying pan, microwave oven, bread toaster, cable tv and a refrigerator. Room has 4 available beds - 1 bunk bed (with pullout sleeps 3 people) and 1 sofa bed. Guest access Guests can access the Pico Country Club Pool and Pico Beach upon payment of the entrance/registration fee at the Pico de Loro Admin (see House Manual for schedule of fees). Said fee is for the duration of your stay. These fees are excluded from the Airbnb rate provided. The published rate is for the room accommodation only. After paying at the main entrance, you can already use the amenities before you check in and out of the unit.Please use the locker room located inside the Pico Country Clubhouse after checking in. For the Guest Fee, please see below rates per head (may be paid through credit card): Lean Season - All weekdays of January, February & June to November Adult: Php 1000.00 Child 4 years old to 12 years old: Php500.00 Child 3 years old and below: Free-of-charge Peak Season - All weekends of January, February & June to November, all weekdays of March to May and all holidays of the year Adult: Php1,400.00 Child 4 years old to 12 years old: Php600.00 Child 3 years old and below: Free-of-charge High Season - All weekends of March to May and December Adult: Php1,500.00 Child 4 years old to 12 years old: Php700.00 Child 3 years old and below: Free-of-charge Holy Week , Christmas Season to New Year Adult: Php1,700.00 Child 4 years old to 12 years old: Php800.00 Child 3 years old and below: Free-of-charge Senior citizens may avail 20% discount for guest fee. Other things to note Occupants beyond prescribed limits ( 4 pax for studio unit) will be denied entry by the front desk officer stationed at the lobby of Myna A. A signed Guest Endorsement Form and Condominium Guest Authorization To Use Form are needed before check-in. Approval process of Pico de Loro Admin usually takes 2-3 days. Check-in time is 2pm-4pm and check out is every 12noon. 2-hour lead time is for the preparation of unit for the next guest.
