The hotel-style house has 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom, separate entrance, living rooms, and toilets, gardens, pool, terraces, interior patio, playground, available to guests. On the same plot there is a separate house that is rented separately and complete. The common areas are shared. No pets allowed. The space The Rural Complex consists of two properties, the main house and the small house, both located on a plot with garden areas and a swimming pool, which tenants can enjoy during their stay. The Main House is rented by rooms or complete, with a maximum capacity of 8 to 10 people. The price includes breakfast. The separate house is rented separately and is for 6 or 8 people. The price does not include breakfast, unless expressly requested. The entire complex has facilities for babies and children, and the pool has an area specially adapted for them. The main house has 2 very spacious double bedrooms, one of them accessible and 1 quadruple bedroom with two rooms separated by stairs, as well as common rooms, toilet in the living room, and outdoor toilet in the pool. All rooms have a private bathroom, TV, wardrobe, usual furniture and minibar. They have a separate entrance from the outdoor common areas. The capacity is 8 people (maximum 10 with extra beds). The common rooms have different atmospheres, with a fireplace area, library, bar, and all the necessary furniture for your use and enjoyment. The bar has a coffee maker, kettle, bottle rack, and microwave available to guests. The Casita is rented complete and separately. It has 2 very spacious rooms with a private bathroom each. One is double and the other quadruple. It has a kitchen, living room, terrace, garden and barbecue. Sleeps 6/8 people. The complex is ideal for large families or groups of friends. We also hold private celebrations. The owners live in an area of the complex. Guest access All the common areas of the indoor and outdoor Complex are shared, as in a hotel and each of the accommodations are for private use for each guest. There are access areas only for owners. During your stay Hosts live in an area of the main property, with complete independence and privacy from guests. They can be available to tenants if required.
