We are a 5 min walk/2 min bike ride to the Glaze Meadow Pool/Recreation Area, and a 10 minute drive to the BBR Lodge. The entire home was upgraded in 2019. Black Butte Ranch charges a Property Facilities Usage Fee of 12% (of your daily rental rate), all year long.. THIS FEE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL RATE AND IS COLLECTED BY VRBO WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING. Quick five minute walk to the spa/workout, bike rental, and café/snack bar at Glaze Meadow pool and facilities. This great location is close to all main destinations on the ranch including the convenience store, pools, bike paths, hiking trails, horse stables, tennis courts, pickle ball, horse shoes and golf courses. What a fantastic winter getaway with nearby Hoodoo Ski Bowl within 20-25 minutes. Thanks to its remoteness and Mount Bachelor’s massive skier draw, lift lines are non-existent and daily rates won’t break you. Our home boasts an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, wrap-around deck with a fire-pit, den, living room, bar, fireplace and Wi-Fi. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people: UPSTAIRS: Main Bedroom-1 King Bed w/ adjoining bathroom, (sleeps 2); Bedroom Two-1 King Bed w/ adjoining bathroom (sleeps 2); Bedroom Three-1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), bathroom in hallway. DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom Four-1 Queen Bed, Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4), bathroom in hallway. Upgrades you say, we have them!
