This is the perfect base from which to discover Burgundy's historical, architectural and gastronomic riches. The house is located about 30 min east of Chablis and 15 min from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Crémant and Champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence, ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay, the bird conservatory and hiking. The space Between vineyards and forests (including the National Forest Park), the Châtillonnais is a rich land in every way. Sports or cultural activities? Both are possible! Marcenay is ideal for hiking and fishing lovers, ideally located close to the lake of the same name and the Vix Treasure which is a must-see on the Celts route. Sandra opens the doors of her beautiful Burgundian house dating from 1850, surrounded by a large wooded park. 4 beautiful, spacious and bright rooms are available, one of which is perfect for families. Living room with TV. To top off this comfort, you have a heated swimming pool on site, a scented garden, and a terrace. Sandra and her husband also own the village restaurant. Secure closed parking. Pets allowed after agreement of the owner. A beautiful place on the Crémant road.
