I'm looking forward to host interesting people worldwide and give them a pleasurable experience. I provide essential comforts for homely stay in an air-conditioned apartment to beat the kolkata heat and humidity. We provide plenty of toilet paper! Away from noisy honking main road traffic, yet a 5 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minutes ride (metro station). Airport is 10.8km takes half hour in peak traffic,Kolkata Railway Station is 11 mins ride. A 45 mins drive from the Howrah Station. The space This spacious 2BHK apartment is in the heart of the city yet in a quiet bylane, 2nd floor in a residential building, accessible wide staircase in addition to the elevator opening across the doorway. The L spaced living area is with open kitchenette, sitting area and dinning area with the entrance of the two bedrooms on either side. The space has large open windows, with a lot of sunlight pouring in, which can be covered by my heavy screen curtains if you choose. A balcony with AloeVera plants which opens outside with road view. I hold the traditional view that my guests are Divine presence and the world is in one united family who I cater to in my humble way. Therefore, we try to provide our guests with the very best of an affordable, comfortable clean stay and an overall delightful experience. Guest access Being part of the residential building, entire apartment is at your disposal once you close the door of the entrance. A open private balcony overlooks the road. Along side the elevator, there is a wide staircase. You will have access to the parking lot to park a single vehicle. Other things to note Verification: - Valid photo ID (Passport & visa, Aadhaar card, ID card, Driver's Licence, Ration Card of all people staying to be scanned through after booking and before arrival Rates: - The reflected rates are for short stays - We are happy to discuss proposals for periods longer than 7 days on a case by case basis depending on the length of the period and number of occupants. General: - Your safety is our concern. We recommend you not to invite, tour guides, escorts and strangers you meet during your visit, inside the apartment - Help us to conserve energy by switching off all electrical appliances (such as AC, TV, Geyser & other electrical equipment etc.) when not in use - Guests are requested to smoke only in the balcony if at all. - You get the key for the main entry door of the apartment. The same should be locked each time while accessing it - Clear your trash/food boxes of home deliveries from the common areas (lounge, dining area and balcony) - Allow housekeeping staff to clean your room. I follow a consultative approach as far as possible. However I do encourage weekly cleaning of the rooms, hence request your support. We shall arrange for your rooms to be cleaned and moped on a weekly basis. Fresh linens & towels shall be provided every 3 days. - Outside guest ( other than the ones booked to stay) are welcome to meet the guest in common area for a reason. Please keep the host informed of the same. Outside guest are strictly not allowed inside the guest rooms
