A small dining table doubles as a workspace, while a relaxed, central seating nook invites you to curl up with a good book. The open-plan layout includes a sleeping area with a king-size bed (which can be arranged as two singles if need be) and an en-suite bathroom. A generous wardrobe offers plenty of hanging space for clothing. The studio's entrance opens onto a paved patio for your use, furnished with an outdoor table and bench – a lovely spot for a slow morning coffee or a balmy alfresco meal. You are welcome to use the home's grounds as your own – complete with established garden and large pool. The studio suite also comes complete with two cruiser bicycles (refurbished Matie bikes) conveniently fitted with front baskets for groceries, making them the perfect mode of transport for that quick nip into town (under a kilometre away!)
