The Nest 1 Studio unit

We welcome all guests to our bright, spacious and warm room. An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. The room has an ensuite, smart TV, Wi-Fi, small kitchen suitable for reheating food with tea & coffee, a microwave, a toaster, a small fridge and a BBQ on the deck for your use. Breakfast of toast and cereals are in the room. The space We are on a main route south, so are easy to find and access. There is off street parking available and we have 2 rooms available, see listing for the other room. Your lockable room is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed. There is tea and coffee facilities in your room with a small fridge and a microwave. A shared BBQ is on the patio as well for your use. There are 3 steps to get into and out of the house. Guest access Entry to your self contained room is off the shared front deck with outdoor dining table and chairs that captures the midday sun and you are welcome to use it - we have hammocks available for use in this space on request. Other things to note We are not set up for children or infants. This is a no smoking, or vaping house. There are horses close by in the stables next door and lots of canaries in the back yard in case of any allergies.
