The space This inviting home features 4 spacious bedrooms and a den with a full-size pull-out sofa bed, perfect for large families or groups traveling together. The first floor boasts a large living room and dining area, complemented by skylights and sliding glass doors that open onto a deck. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full bath with a shower stall. Additionally, there's a cozy den with Cable TV and a sofa bed, a master bedroom suite with a king bed and a private bath featuring a tub/shower, and a second bedroom with a queen bed, along with an adjacent bathroom with a shower stall. Accessible through the garage, stairs lead to the lower level which offers a spacious family room with Cable TV, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower stall. Pineapple accommodates up to 10 guests and is strictly non-smoking or vaping. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Guests are required to register with the Eagles Mere Association and obtain a temporary membership prior to arrival to enjoy lake access. Base rates for temporary membership start at $240 for 1-4 guests, $300 for 5-10 guests and $420 for 11+ guests for the first week.
