The space There are the necessary household appliances: TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, iron, hairdryer, drying area, all necessary kitchen and tableware. The apartment is equipped with new furniture for a cozy stay: 5 beds are represented by two beds with soft mattresses and a fold-out sofa (2(bed) + 2(sofa) +1(bed)). The necessary bed linen and towels are provided. There are necessary household appliances: TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, iron, hairdryer, drying place, all necessary kitchen appliances, and tableware. The apartment is equipped with new furniture for a comfortable stay: 5 sleeping places are represented by two beds with soft mattresses and a sofa bed (2 (bed) + 2 (sofa) +1 (bed)). Bed linen and towels are provided. Guest access The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Pecherskaya metro station and public transport stops. Other things to note Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible and is agreed separately on the eve of your visit. Check-out time is before 12:00, regardless of the time of your check-in. Check-out time must be agreed upon the day before your departure before 4:00 p.m., in which case we will gladly try to accept your keys along with the apartment. The apartment is provided exclusively for living, which excludes noisy parties, filming and other events that may disturb neighbors, violate public order and damage property in the apartment. Security deposit: If you damage the home, you will have to pay up to ₴2710. Smoking is prohibited EVERYWHERE in the apartment. Violation of the rule is punishable by a fine of 100 USD. The number of people staying in the apartment after 10 p.m. should not exceed the number of people renting the apartment. It is forbidden to move furniture. You are fully financially liable for the property in the apartment during your stay, including for the actions of third parties who are in the apartment with your knowledge. Do not open the apartment door to strangers. Always close the door from the inside while in the flat and when leaving it. Before leaving the apartment, be sure to check that the water is turned off everywhere, as well as lighting and heating appliances, iron and washing machine. Do not leave valuables in the apartment (passport, laptop, bank cards, money, etc.). The lessor is not responsible for their safety. Extension of stay is possible by prior arrangement and the price per hour is -10% of the rental price per day. If you stay after 6pm, you will be charged for the full next day. Article 182 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses prohibits loud singing and shouting, the use of sound reproducing equipment and other sources of household noise, fireworks, fireworks, and the use of pyrotechnics at night from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in residential buildings. Failure to comply with these rules will result in administrative penalties and fines.
