My lovely home is a chic 1bed apartment with a private balcony, located in leafy yet central Highbury. Less than 30 minutes from Central London, you can walk to trendy Islington, hip Dalston and beautiful Stoke Newington. Whether you're in London for sightseeing, studying, shopping, or people-watching, my home is an ideal base for getting around with excellent transport links. The local area has plenty of great cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as some of London's prettiest parks. The space This cute and compact flat comes with a bedroom with a double bed , chest drawers and wardrobe, a living room with a comfy sofa which can be used as a sofa bed when needed, a tv, books, desk space, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with powerful shower The living room is spacious and bright with large windows and lots of natural light. I have taken a lot of care in decorating my home, which includes contemporary artwork by popular local artists as well as souvenirs from my travels worldwide. I also love music and film, which is reflected in the decor and the analogue amenities: there is a wide range of VHS and DVDs that you can play in the living room if you don't feel like going out. You can relax on my beautiful sofa in the living room or my vintage rocking chair on the balcony, and there is also a small table and chairs to eat at. My cute private balcony has soft astro turf underfoot and looks out over a small shared garden. My kitchen is fitted with all essential amenities so you can cook easily at home, chill your beers or re-heat your take-away as well as start your day with a tea or coffee, which are provided. There are also laundry facilities, should you require them. My cosy double bedroom is small but comfortable, and there is space to unpack and hang your clothes. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath and will be stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience. Guest access guests will have exclusive use of the flat as whole. Other things to note We are located on a first floor with no lift available . Expected to take 20 stairs to reach our flat from ground floor on a wide staircases
