B&B Il Ceraseto

The B&B is located in the Monteveglio Abbey Regional Park, panoramically positioned on a small rocky ledge, about 30 km from Bologna. It offers 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The surrounding area is full of natural, food and wine, and cultural opportunities, making your stay an immersive and varied experience. The space The location within the Park, in a protected area, will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature, including forests, orchards, vineyards and gullies. The house used as a B&B offers three spacious double bedrooms, each with an exclusive bathroom with a comfortable shower and a window to the outside. Common areas include a breakfast room and living room with sofa, fireplace and high chair for small children. A kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator is particularly useful for families with children. The kitchenette leads to the large panoramic terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors during the summer. Guests can prepare their own breakfast, without time constraints, using the fresh food available. Please note that breakfast is not included in the price. Guest access The house is located on one side of a small valley, surrounded by oak, ash and acacia woods. There are about 120 cherry trees, hence the name of the B&B, and in the months of May and June you can pick the red fruits. Guests can walk around the property using the existing paths, enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. During your stay Marilena and Stefano live in a part of the long house, with an independent entrance from that of the B&B and are available for any advice and suggestions. The B&B is not directly accessible by public transport, but there is a train station on the Bologna - Vignola line 5 km away; if needed, we can provide a shuttle service. Other things to note The room is on the second floor and offers a small loggia with a small table and chairs, ideal for admiring the valley below. In addition, a room is available on the ground floor, offering accommodation options on different levels of the property.
