The space Lakeside on Hume is located on a 50 acres of private property on Lake Hume. 20 minute drive from Albury and Wodonga. Lakeside on Hume has a private resort styled lap pool ( which is shared with the family who also live on the property ) . The cottage is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open area living space with wood fired heater. The master bedroom is a 'honeymoon' styled suite with an open styled bathroom featuring an enormous luxurious spa tub. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, oven / stove, microwave and dishwasher. All crockery cutlery and of course for the coffee lovers, a Nespresso capsule machine. (Excluding the 'homestead' - owners home & back yard). There is a gate from the cottage yard into the pool area for your swimming pleasure. You may walk down to the lake, between 100 meters to 200 meters depending on the Lake levels : ) There is easy access to drive down to the lake also if you wish to launch your fishing boat with your own 4x4 vehicle at your risk. Many public boat launches are within a 5 to 10 km radius.
