Old Berry farmhouse, comfortably furnished with a large part completely refurbished. You will find all the charm and tranquility of the countryside while being only 6 km from La Châtre. The large 55 m2 living room will allow you to make a cinema wall thanks to the video projector while enjoying the fireplace. You will have a choice of a bath or shower as there are 2 bathrooms. Many games and toys for children, indoors and outdoors. The space In winter, the house is heated by 2 wood stoves (wood is provided free of charge). A powerful stove in the living room heats the dormitory above and another fireplace stove in the kitchen. It is possible to complete with 2 maximum electric heaters especially for the bedrooms. and by an oil stove. The house is warm at the time of arrival. The house has many children's games, indoors and outdoors including a large trampoline, a children's cabin, a video projector allowing movie nights, badminton, ping pong... Linens are provided but towels must be brought. Pets are welcome except on the 1st floor where the bedrooms are. Guest access Guests can access all areas and are welcome in the 180 m2 house and 2000 m2 park. For weekend stays, I try to leave the house available until Sunday evening.
