Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home, the property, and the private dock. Entry is seamless with self check-in via a smart lock. A couple of owner's closets are locked and unavailable to guests. The key to the basement, where you can find beach chairs and other lake items, is located inside the home. After booking, you'll also receive our digital guidebook, which includes exclusive discounts for local boat and jet ski rentals to help you make the most of your time on the water. Other things to note * Lake Access: Like many homes on Lake Lanier, the walk to the water is on a sloped, natural path with several steps. While the path is well-maintained, it may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility concerns. * Dock Maintenance: A local dock watch company occasionally moves our dock to adjust for changing water levels. It is possible they may be briefly on-site during your stay to perform this service. * Kayaks & Life Jackets: Kayaks are available for your use. While we provide a selection of life jackets, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every size. We strongly recommend bringing your own properly-fitting life jackets to ensure safety on the water. Checkout Instructions: We don’t believe in long chore lists! However, to help us prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask for your help with the following before you depart: * Hang used towels in the bathrooms or laundry room. * Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. * Bag all trash and place it in the designated bin. * Clean and cover the grill, and please let us know if the propane is low. * Return outdoor toys to the basement and hang kayaks back under the house. * Turn off all lights and lock all doors, returning the basement key to its fish hook in the kitchen.
