My place is close to family-friendly activities, the city center, nightlife, public transportation and the airport. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood, the brightness, the comfy beds, the kitchen, and the outdoor spaces, and the POOL with its shallow beach, which is great for young children. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families (with kids). The space This new family villa with swimming pool is located at the foot of the Carroux, 5 minutes from the river and 20 minutes from the sea. It is spacious with its 55 m2 living room and its 17 m2 semi-open kitchen. The rooms are spacious and bright. You can enjoy its large terrace, its barbecue and its 700 m2 landscaped garden. In the garden you can relax either in deckchairs, in a hammock, or in a swing egg... in peace Swing for children, Playstation, TV, Canal+, Wi-Fi, board game books, ping pong table. Bed linen is provided but not bath towels and beach towels. Guest access You have access to all the rooms of the house except the garage and the cellar which are the rooms where we store our personal belongings. Other things to note A security deposit of €1000 will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged in the house and if the cleaning has been done.
