Rental unit in Toulouse

Apartment of 90m2 on the last floor with terrace 30m2 not overlooked. The aparment is located near metro Arènes (350m), Zénith (300m), airport (20min by tram), city center of Toulouse (place Esquirol 2km walk or 5min by metro). You will appreciate the terrace and its view, the comfort, the calm, the privatory space with the room and the annexed bathroom, and the private parking in the basement. The space The apartment has 2 rooms for rent (only for people traveling together, the rooms will not be rented separately). The first bedroom has a bed 140cmx190cm, a large closet with wardrobe and shelves, two armchairs, a desk and a bedside table. The second bedroom has shelves, a desk and a sofa bed in 120cmx190cm (I only rent this room for a single adult or 2 children). An attentive bathroom (with bathtub) is reserved exclusively for the guests, as well as a parking in basement. The apartment is large, the day and night spaces are well separated and allow everyone to have privacy. For entry into the premises, it is normally done after 6 pm on weekdays (unless exceptional demand) but it can be done earlier on weekends. The residence has a swimming pool accessible from 1st july to 15 september. Guest access Travelers can access the whole apartment except my room and its bazaar :-) Seriously, access to the living room / dining room, with a large table, large corner sofa and TV. In the kitchen, all the equipment is accessible at any time (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, expresso coffee machine ...) as well as all dishes. For travelers staying several days, it is possible to use the washing machine. In summer, 2 sun loungers are available on the terrace with seating area for meals During your stay I love my city of Toulouse and I think I know many bars and restaurants so I can play the gourmet guides!
