Charming & Stylish Park View Apt in Cairo

Stylish apt overlooking Orman Botanical Gardens with a spectacular view. Flat in an old building, high ceiling, wooden floors, modernly furnished with natural lighting in all rooms, even the bathrooms! It is very well equipped, cozy & comfortable. The space The apartment is a 250 meters, spacious place, it has 3 private rooms (Two bedrooms with double beds and a working room). I use one of the double bed rooms and rent out the other room which has its own private balcony, and off course you have access to all common areas of the house. The place has 2 bathrooms, 2 reception areas as well as a dining area. It has a very well equipped open kitchen with a rich collection of spices, a coffee machine , a microwave, a toaster and all modern kitchen amenities. There are 2 beautiful balconies with flowers, all rooms have balconies, one overlooks the garden and the other a small portion of the nile as well as an inclosed winter balconies with a seating area, perfect for a warm breakfast during winter and is air-conditioned for hot summer days. The apt has air-conditioning for the summer in all rooms as well as a wifi Internet connection. 60$ per room (sharing the place with me when I am not traveling) or 120$ if renting the whole apartment (I would be traveling during that time and you would be having the place all for yourself or you can share it with another guest and each would be paying 60$). Other things to note There is as cleaning lady that comes twice a week which ensures a very high standard of cleanliness. You will have clean fresh sheets and towels and spotless bathrooms.
