Rental of the Homewood Bound House grants access to McKinney Shores HOA private beach and pier, just a short stroll away. Just down the road, you will find Obexer's Boat Company with launch ramp, boat charters and jet ski rentals, and West Shore Sports with rentals for stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes. Explore the scenic bike path leading north to Fire Sign for breakfast and lunch, Sunnyside, or Tahoe City; or you can head south to Sugar Pine State Beach. Don't feel like going out? Stay home and enjoy horseshoes, cornhole, ping-pong, or barbecue on the deck in the wooded backyard. First Floor Inside the main floor features an inviting open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and expansive windows.
