Central on Shakespeare - Cambridge

Our house is a four bedroom older kiwi style house with a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Our house is on lower Shakespeare Street, an easy walk to downtown. Lots of off-street parking for larger vehicles or multiple vehicles. The road is very busy therefore road noise can be heard. Great for work groups, friend groups, sports groups or families. Central to Hobbitton, Waitomo Caves, Hamilton Gardens, Lake Karapiro. The space Our house is perfect for groups or families. 3 of the bedrooms have their own AC/heatpumps. Extra towels and linen in the hall cupboard. The main living area and 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs and the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Crockery, utensils, pots, microwave, tea and coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee plunger, toaster etc. A small sunny wooden deck with two chairs and a coffee table leads off the dining room upstairs. Perfect for your morning coffee. Another small upstairs deck leads off one of the bedrooms. Lots of carparking, a luxury many airbnb houses don't have. At least 6 cars can park in the space. There is a covered deck area at the rear of the house with a table and chairs for relaxing in the sun. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire top floor as well as the large driveway. Parking is on the gravel area at the front of the house between house and front wall or along the side of the house as you drive in. There are no shared spaces in the house. Our house is a 2 minute walk from the entry to the picturesque Waikato River Walks. A 5 minute walk into Cambridge central. Great spot to use as a base for visiting family, work or exploring our beautiful town and surrounding area. Shakespeare Street is a very busy street. There are gates on the driveway that you can close to keep small children safe if you chose. Other things to note Book for daily, week-long or extended monthly stays. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your requirements if they don't fit within the booking filters online. Note: there are no laundry facilities available at our house, but two Laundromats further up our street are handy to the house (750 metres further up Shakespeare St). You are welcome to use the clothesline and pegs that are in the backyard. The house is on a very busy road so there is traffic noise. Please do not book our house after reading that it is on a noisy road, then mark us down in reviews because of the busy road.
