Charming studio near city center

It is a charming studio (independent in the home) bright, well arranged. You will appreciate the calm despite the proximity to all shops (3 min walk to pharmacy, supermarket, bank...) and sports complex (racecourse, tennis... 10 min walk) The space The kitchen is lovely. It communicates with the living room through the snack bar. Everything you need is there, bedroom area, dressing room, shower room and toilet. The bed is 140 x 200 cm (latex mattress purchased in February 2023) Linens and bath towels are not provided, please make sure to bring them. However, we can provide linens and towels on request for a fee of €15 to be paid on site. We look forward to hosting you in our studio that we have taken care to make. See you soon. Guest access The studio is independent but next to our house. Possibility to park a vehicle. Other things to note We do not allow pets. This studio is non-smoking only. Check-in time is after 6 p.m. and check-out time is before 12 p.m. These schedules are flexible when possible. Please don't hesitate to let me know your schedules. Thank you for your understanding.
