Guest house with pool

Country house, quiet, bright and functional countryside area between Toulouse and Castres (30 min each) . Glass bay overlooking the terrace and pool directly. A welcome booklet will be available upon arrival, it has all the information you need to ensure your stay goes smoothly. The house is 30 minutes from the entrance of Toulouse, and 1 hour from Albi, the black mountain and the Pyrenees are not far away. The sea is about 1.5 hours/2 hours. The space Guest house (outbuilding) with open kitchen, TV , washing machine, outdoor stretcher, private pool and not shared heated to 28° (depending on the weather) , summer July and August the heat pump regulates itself , sun loungers (summer) , barbecue, land of about 2000 m2. Outdoor dining table and chairs in summer, 1 outdoor ping-pong table, 1 nature swing, poolside terrace, 1 mezzanine with double bed and 1 sofa bed 2 people in the living room, 1 bathroom and 1 independent toilet. This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (wheelchairs) or infants who cannot swim (pool safety).In winter, the pool is covered and secured so children are welcome. Linens and towels are provided. To rest or visit exceptional places all year round in our area , our house is well located. During our absences: On the property is our dog who stays in his enclosure (he is quite far from the house and the pool) , the neighbor passes to give him food when we have gone on vacation (he passes in the morning or at your convenience so as not to disturb you), he passes on one side of the house , the neighbor is very discreet. We also have a cat but he does his little life. Chickens are on the property , you have the option during your stay (during our absences ) to pick up the laid eggs as well as the vegetables in the garden . In summer, the pool requires regular maintenance if you want to have a good stay with transparent water, robot every day or every 2 days , add water (once a week depending on the weather ) when the water drops and it is hot, a hose is just nearby. You also have to think about covering the pool in the evening (bubble tarpaulin) if you want to keep the water hot , there is a reel so it's not complicated. We are in the countryside so there are the birds singing, the roosters, the insects,the tractors from time to time ... But there is also tranquility. The pool is not shared , we do not rent our main dwelling and the outbuilding at the same time in order to leave privacy to everyone. For any questions, questions or reservation requests outside of the proposed dates, please let us know. We are flexible on arrival and departure times for weekend rentals and short stays. Groups of more than 4 people are not allowed. Possibility to use our plancha which is on the terrace of our house and possibility also to eat under our pergolabioclimatic which is also on the terrace of our house next to the outbuilding. ( we rent the outbuilding during our absences and our house remains closed). Other things to note Parties are prohibited, non-smoking areas indoors, no cigarettes in the pool. Non-reported persons at the time of booking are prohibited. Dogs, cats, and chickens remain on property
