Nine Mile Views

Stunning beach views and amazing sunsets in a quiet location and spacious surroundings among native bush situated in the Paparoa National Park. Two-story house with the large open-plan living area, queen bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Double sliding doors open onto the balcony from the lounge, with views of the sea and mountains. Downstairs is the large king bedroom with living and kitchenette, a bathroom, separate toilet, and the twin bedroom. The space Large open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen with doors opening onto balcony and sea views. The downstairs bedroom is a combined bedroom/lounge/kitchenette with a king bed, TV, sofa, table and chairs. Sliding doors open out to the patio with sea views. There is also a twin bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The queen bedroom is upstairs. This is a self-catering property. Tea, coffee and some pantry condiments are provided. There are insect screens on some windows. You have use of the laundry with a washer and dryer, clothes line, iron & ironing board; there are heated towel rails in the bathroom, a hairdryer and soaps & shampoo. There is a large double garage, and plenty of space outdoors for parking. Guest access You have the use of the entire house, including the double garage with internal access. Plenty of space for vehicles. (There is a large locked work shed on site which is the property of the host.) Other things to note As the town is approximately 20 minutes drive away, it is advisable to bring some food and supplies with you if you plan to arrive later in the evening. There are no shops or supplies in Charleston. Tea, coffee, milk and a few pantry supplies are provided for your comfort.
